To ensure our rule is processed at least once a second we need optimise the refresh settings in Guardian.
We will set the Refresh Interval to 200ms
And activate the Restricted Refresh feature to only refresh markets if the current time falls within the time window of 'ten minutes before the start time of the event' to 'five minutes after the start time of the event'
