The layout of the one click interface is very flexible. If you do not wish to have the last traded price or the total volume matched displayed then these can be removed using the column chooser.
In addition the columns can be moved and placed in any order. For example, if you want the trade profit moved to the right of the prices grid then you can drag and drop it by holding your left mouse button down on the column you want to move and when you see the two arrows appear between the columns you want to place it between as above simply release your mouse button.
